Check your order status
- Open your order confirmation email and select the order-status link.
- When your shipment confirmation arrives, use its tracking link to check carrier updates. Tracking can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to update.
- You can also sign in to your customer account using the email address used for your order.
If you cannot find the emails or need help, contact us with your order number. We do not display guessed delivery statuses.
